The island contains abandoned, deteriorating, and structurally unsound buildings, as well as natural

hazards including unstable ground, falling debris, sharp or rusted materials, and unpredictable

environmental conditions. Entry is entirely at your own risk.

2. No Guarantees of Safety

No party makes any representation or warranty regarding the safety, stability, or condition of the island,

its terrain, or any structures present. Conditions may change without warning.

3. Assumption of Liability

By proceeding, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to

yourself or your property that may occur. You agree that the owners, managers, affiliates, or any associated parties are not liable for any harm arising from your presence on the island.

4. Limited Emergency Support

Although the owners are trained in basic first aid, the island is located in a remote rural area where

outside emergency assistance may be significantly delayed. Communications may be unreliable, and

visitors must be prepared to manage emergencies independently until help can arrive.

5. Obey Applicable Laws

Visitors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and access permissions

relating to the island.
